Deposit and Payment:
When a reservation is made more than 30 days in advance, CAMP ‘N
STYLE, INC. requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. 30 days prior to the
rental date 50% of the remaining balance is due. The Monday prior to the
rental date the last 50% is due. All payments made are non-refundable.
Methods of Payment:
CAMP ‘N STYLE, INC. will accept cash, money order, cashier’s
checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Personal check
will be accepted only on advanced reservations. A $25 fee will be charged
for each returned check.
If you wish to pay with check or cash, please advise CAMP ‘N STYLE, INC. before payment is due. If you are paying with credit card, please note that we will automatically charge your credit card the appropriate amount due on the payment due date unless other arrangements have been made for payment prior to the payment due date.
Security Deposit:
CAMP ‘N STYLE, INC. requires a $500 security deposit secured by
a credit card on each trailer rental. This security deposit covers costs
in the unfortunate event that:
• There is damage done to the inside or outside of
the trailer during your stay
• Items are missing from the trailer
• The trailer is left unclean upon check-out
This list is not all-inclusive and charges may exceed the deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Please call our office immediately if you need to cancel your reservation.
All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your scheduled rental
date or the 50% that is due will be charged and is non-refundable. If
for ANY reason your reservation is canceled on or after the Monday prior
to your check-in date or you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in
date, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of your intended stay.
Refund Policy:
CAMP ‘N STYLE, INC. will not give refunds for any reason. If you
need to adjust your reservation date, please call our office at least
30 days prior to your arrival date and we will re-schedule your stay.
Responsibilities:
Customer is responsible for keeping the trailer at its original location
of drop-off. If it is moved, appropriate legal action may result. Customer
is also responsible for leaving the trailer cleaned upon check-out or
appropriate fees will apply.
Other Charges:
Charges may apply for cleaning, missing items, broken items, vandalism
or any excessive wear and tear.
All trailers are non-smoking trailers. Absolutely no exceptions. Appropriate
fees will apply for any evidence of smoking in the trailer.
Generator Usage Charges:
If you have rented one of the Weekend Warrior trailers, there is a gas
generator on board. You will only need to use the generator if you are
dry camping and are not hooked up to electricity. With each paid night
rental you have four hours of generator usage time. When you exceed the
allotted hours, there is a $5 charge per hour. This will be billed to
the credit card on file with CAMP ‘N STYLE, INC. after your rental
is complete and the trailer has been inspected by CAMP ‘N STYLE,
INC.
Awning Usage Charges:
If you are renting a trailer at one of our desert locations, awning usage
is an additional charge. All awnings are locked and need to be ordered
if you plan to use it. If it is used without ordering it, there will be
an additional charge. Clients who use awnings are fully responsible for
any and all damage that occurs during their rental. All charges for awning
damage and/or usage will be billed to the credit card on file with CAMP
‘N STYLE, INC. after your rental is complete and the trailer has
been inspected by CAMP ‘N STYLE, INC.
Pets:
Please do not leave pets unattended in the trailer. Do not allow pets
on the couches and beds. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
Disclaimer:
CAMP ‘N STYLE, INC. reserves the right to change prices, Terms &
Conditions, and delivery areas without notice. CAMP ‘N STYLE, INC.
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible
for accidents or injury to its customers.
Attorneys’ Fees:
In the event arbitration or litigation is necessary to enforce any of
the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party therein shall be
entitled to all costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in
connection therewith.
