Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area
2007-2008 Weekly & Seasonal Permits
As a participating dune-area merchant, Camp 'n Style now offers the ease and convenience of obtaining Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area weekly and seasonal permits.
Season permits cost $90 and expire Sept. 30, 2008. A seven-day Weekly Permit costs $25. Call 877-965-RENT to order yours today!

These permits are required for all street legal motorized vehicles that access the dunes area, including both the Glamis and Buttercup areas. Permits are for single vehicle use only and cannot be shared. Violators face a citation and a fine for not properly displaying a valid permit per the Imperial County Codified Ordinance 10.32.010.
The funds raised from the permit system, which is operated in conjunction with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, help fund emergency medical services, camping pads, restrooms and safety enforcement.
